Drop-off and Delivery

For those special occasions where you want to be a part of the celebration and not stuck in the kitchen, we offer delivery and drop-off catering services. With a focus on flavor, presentation, and trend-setting innovation, our culinary staff specializes in serving delectable cuisine fresh from our ovens and pantry directly to the client. Drinks and Libations

Jewel Hospitality presents specialty cocktails, authentic Pacific Northwest beer and wine, and locally roasted Herkimer coffee for your event. Offering inspiration and individuality, our professional mixologists deliver drinks that are fun, contemporary, and most importantly, delicious.

We have an allergen certified staff to help guide you through our menu selections. If you have restrictions or concerns outside of that outlined in the legend, please let us know. Salmon and Sustainability

Of great importance to our region is the sustainability of one of our region’s most precious resources, salmon. High in protein, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D, salmon is a highlight on many a Northwest menu and throughout the rest of the world. Partnering with reputable fisheries and fishmongers, we can trace the fish on your menu to the local waters from where they were harvested. During the height of the season’s salmon runs, we get the freshest Sockeye & Chinook.
Outside of the wild season we source our fish from Creative Salmon, Vancouver Island, B.C., to get fresh organically raised King Salmon, indigenous to the region. It is these partnerships that are as important to the integrity of our kitchens as they are to our environment.


When you start with good ingredients, honest meals happen. Sourcing our ingredients as locally as possible is important to us. All of our kitchens are free of GMO’s. All of our fresh produce is organically or conventionally grown, and this translates to a love and respect for ingredients. There are some amazing people and some wonderful operations in this industry, and we have tried to align ourselves with as many as possible, to keep the true artisans of this industry thriving. During peak seasons, you may see a chef’s coat or two snipping fresh herbs from our kitchen gardens!

Themed Menus

Our Executive Chef, Andy Leonard is classically French trained. A veteran of the Cloister Hotel in Southeast Georgia’s St. Simons Island, Andy is also a Northwest native who brings diversity and excitement to his cooking. In his time spent in the South, Chef Andy has cooked for international dignitaries, PGA tour players, and a wide array of palates. Having cooked for world leaders, Chef Andy has developed a vast knowledge in many areas of the world’s cuisine. If you have
